Welcome to Participant's Corner. This is where you will find up-to-date information pertaining to your participation as a chair, speaker, or poster presenter at DIA 2026.
Please review the Guidelines which include important information about your participation.
All participants are required to complete the Participant Agreement and Profile and Disclosure information.

February Key dates: 5, 16, 27
- 5: Chair Webinar - Click here to watch the webinar
This webinar is exclusively for those serving as a chair for a session, forum, or workshop at DIA 2026. We will review expectations; offer tips and tricks to make your session the best it can be. The webinar will be recorded and shared with all chairs within 72 hours. We will do our best to address all questions during the session. If time runs short, any unanswered questions will be addressed via email afterward.
- 16: Session Chair to submit final session description and learning objectives
- 27: Deadline to submit Speakers eligible for Speaker Support
Note: Any speakers added after this date may not be considered for travel support. Eligible supported speakers include full-time government/regulatory agency employees. Full-time academic and not-for-profit (with 501[c]3 status) who represent patient organizations will be considered if budget allows.
March Key date: 3
- 3: Speaker Support Travel Information sent to eligible participants and their chair
April Key dates: 2, 3, 10
- 2: DIA 2026: Speaker Webinar – Click here to add to your calendar
- 3: Deadline for participants to complete their Participant Agreement and Profile and Disclosure
- 10: Deadline to submit headshot for the website. Headshots can be sent to AnnualMeetingProgram@DIAglobal.org and should be a high-resolution jpeg
May Key date: 15
- 15: Deadline to submit presentations. All presentations must be reviewed by DIA.
Important Notice:
- DIA meetings will be educational, not commercial and promotional. All speakers MUST ensure that their presentation is not of a commercial or promotional nature.
- For-profit organizations or industry, logos are no longer permitted to be included in slide presentations per ACCME Standards for Commercial Support. In addition, speaker clothing may not carry logos or other company-specific emblems. All participants must follow the DIA Policy Concerning Promotion of Products and Services from the Podium.
