The Overview of Medical Affairs module is designed to enhance knowledge of the Medical Affairs profession. It explains the role of Medical Affairs in an evolving pharmaceutical industry, including its organizational function, the specific areas it serves, and the roles Medical Affairs professionals fill. A discussion of how ICH E6(R3) has elevated Medical Affairs from a support function to a strategic scientific partner is integrated throughout the module.

This module takes an average of 1.25 hours to complete.
