Attracting and sustaining investment is critical to advancing health innovation from discovery through scale. This session will analyze approaches to attracting and sustaining investment across discovery, R&D, clinical development, manufacturing, and scale-up while fostering locally led innovation. Discussions will consider venture capital and other investment models, risk and reward, regulatory incentives, strategic partnerships, and technology transfer, as well as pathways for translating innovation into products that can reach patients.
