Welcome attendees to the Africa Access Summit and establish the context and ambition for the discussions ahead. Opening remarks will highlight the purpose of the Summit and the importance of cross-sector collaboration in advancing sustainable patient access across Africa.
A brief scene-setting presentation will provide a high-level view of Africa’s health innovation and access landscape, including progress, persistent barriers, and emerging opportunities, while framing a central question for the Summit: How can Africa build a scaled, sustainable, and innovation-driven health marketplace?
