This session will formally introduce the KMTC Hearing Aid Development Project, a collaborative initiative to develop an affordable, high-quality digital hearing aid solution. The project brings together public sector capability, engineering expertise, clinical and assistive technology institutions, and industry partners to address a major unmet need in hearing healthcare. It also reflects KMTC’s broader strategy to position Kerala as a serious player in Assistive Technology and inclusive MedTech innovation.
