Cut Off Date: A limited number of rooms are available at the reduced rate until, September 1, 2026 or until room block is filled.

Individual rooms may be cancelled, without penalty, up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled arrival. Individual rooms cancelled seventy-two (72) hours or less may be charged one nights lodging.

These companies often create phony websites that look authentic, but are not authorized to represent DIA, nor do they have access to officially contracted DIA hotels. Unfortunately, customers who book through these websites often arrive at their destination only to find that their existing reservation was cancelled by the agency at the last minute, leaving them without a room and liable for a steep cancellation fee.
