Field medical teams are being asked to do more with less, faster engagement, deeper insights, and clearer outcomes. As the role of the MSL continues to evolve, Medical Affairs leaders are looking for new ways to support these teams with smarter tools, better data, and workflows that reduce friction instead of adding to it.

In this session, we will explore real-world data and generative AI are being used to streamline field medical activities, particularly around HCP engagement. We will look at how patient journey insights are being embedded into the daily workflows of MSL, allowing teams to access relevant, contextual information at the point of need. We will also examine how RWE via generative AI is changing the way MSLs interact with data - empowering users to ask questions in plain language and take guided next steps without jumping between platforms or waiting for analysis. Supported by access to structured insights from over 330 million patient journeys enables field teams to move from question to insight to action faster and with more confidence.

Learning Objective :
  • Apply real-world patient data to improve HCP engagement decisions in everyday Medical Affairs workflows
  • Demonstrate how RWE via GenAI tools can guide MSLs from insight to action using embedded, agentic next steps
  • Evaluate how embedded AI can streamline field medical workflows, reduce response time, and increase HCP impact
