The Field Medical landscape has evolved significantly since the pandemic. It is imperative that organizations are focused to ensure their field teams have an opportunity to thrive in the future. No area of Field Medical has evolved more than access to (or lack thereof) of thought leaders. This session seeks to highlight best practices across the industry to ensure Field Medical success with these customers. Some of the areas to be discussed include advanced territory planning, access to a variety of flexible live and digital content, and reimagined metrics to draw value from a hybrid engagement environment.
Learning Objective : At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:- Discuss survey data on HCP access in the post-Covid era
- Apply best practices for improved HCP access
- Develop strategies to ensure HCP access issues are addressed proactively
