Year on year, digital topics have grown in popularity and relevance to Medical Information professionals and within our conference programme. This second digital session focuses on the delivery of the information through digital channels. Our departments have a lot of content created and available for our customers and our challenge is to make it accessible to the ever-growing digital native population. Our speakers will share: how collaboration is helping to advance the availability of digital content, how to make it easily findable and how to implement easy-to-use resources for our customers.
