The future drug development platform is taking shape in an open architecture approach to accommodate new models, from site-based to virtual trials. To prepare, biopharma can learn by studying other industries. Biopharma companies are process-controlled, but rarely include external networks in supply chain considerations. This session will discuss operational frameworks that harness a broad ecosystem of partners & stakeholders for trial execution, while creating efficiencies across E2E processes.
