ON DEMAND - Gaslighting at Work: How to Recognize and Respond to this Unique Form of Harassment

This interactive workshop will allow participants to recognize gaslighting in the workplace, and to make a plan for how to respond to this form of harassment in order to mitigate its near- and long-term effects.
Learning Objective : Recognize gaslighting in the workplace; Identify how to reflect on (via role play) the impact of gaslighting behavior on everyone involved; Identify how to create an action plan to respond to the gaslighting in order to mitigate its near-term and long-term effects.
