In 2020, China and the rest of the world have suffered COVID-19. Facing the invasion of new coronavirus, how should we use clinical research to respond to emergencies in public health, and protect subjects? The session mainly focuses on how to protect subjects in special public health emergencies, more specifically, how researchers, sponsors, medical institutions, and ethics committees should respond efficiently and flexibly to ensure the safety of subjects.
