Kelly Franchetti has a diverse background comprised of nursing, patient advocacy and clinical research. This broad range of experiences gives her a unique view of patients’ and caregiver’s perspectives in the realm of disease management and treatment. As a critical care nurse for over 20 years, Ms. Franchetti has treated patients from all walks of life and with all manner of illnesses. She has worked directly with patient advocacy initiatives, giving her a keen understanding of how to work with caregivers and patients on decisions regarding care. Ms. Franchetti’s clinical research experience also includes a strong knowledge of the drug development process, giving her exceptional insights that she brings to her pharmaceutical clientele.

Maggie brings over 25 years of marketing and clinical research experience within pharma, CROs and agencies. Her work spans patient recruitment, advocacy engagement, patient insights, site training and patient engagement technology. Currently, as Senior Director, Global Patient Insights and Engagement, Maggie leads in strategy and execution of patient and caregiver insights projects designed to provide actionable insights ensuring the voice of the patient is incorporated into clinical development through post-commercialization.

Ariel  Rosen, MS

Ariel Rosen, MS

Ariel has over 15 years of wide-ranging experience in clinical research including tenures as a study coordinator at large academic medical centers. She has an MS in Clinical Neuropsychology and spent a large portion of her career focusing on CNS indications. Ariel has extensive experience in clinical trial patient recruitment, as well as patient insights. Ariel helps to develop strategy and execution of patient and caregiver insights projects to gain actionable insights that can empathetically elevate the voices of patients and their loved ones.
