Learning Objective : Describe the empathy map technique, related to stakeholder management; Identify how to participate in “stage” readings of original scripts of stakeholder interactions; Gain collaborative experience building empathy maps for stakeholders; Demonstrate technique's impact, through role play and performance, ideas for future practical application of technique in your own department and/or project.
