Learning Objective : Describe potential concerns related to immune responses in gene editing; Discuss the concept of on-target and off-target genome editing, and collaborative approaches to address this issue; Identify the difference between gene editing that involves making a double-stranded break in DNA versus DNA base editors that do not.
