How to use communication strategies in having tough conversations at work. Difficult situations can arise between peers, manager and employee, service provider and sponsor as well as inside outside experts. The courageous leadership workshop will introduce "courageous communications" for handling conflict.
Learning Objective : Identify how to plan for a difficult conversation and implement different strategies depending on the issue.
