Have you ever wished you had a window into the mind of a statistician? Come to our session and hear from a panel of experienced statisticians: their war stories; insights into what they value in a medical writer; the good, the bad, and the ugly about working with numbers and translating them into the written word; and what statisticians wish every medical writer understood about how to effectively work with statisticians.

Learning Objective : At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:
  • Identify key ways in which writers and statisticians can effectively partner
  • Recognize and potentially eradicate misunderstandings and miscommunications between the statistics and medical writing functions
