During this session we will explore the approaches being taken by companies regarding off-label enquiry management and also update on the evolution and implementation of Data Privacy, notably the reform of EU data protection rules and the EU-US Privacy Shield. We will share diverse perceptions, consider ongoing challenges and build understanding.
