This session will discuss available internal customer insights collected by medical affairs (MA) groups (medical communication, medical science liaison, publications, etc) and how best to review this information. Discussions will include ways to identify and analyze insights to shape tactical plans.

Learning Objective : Identify available internal customer insights across medical affairs teams regarding educational/ informational needs of customers; Describe strategies to collectively review and analyze educational/informational needs of health care teams; Discuss potential strategies to assist medical affairs team to integrate collective customer insights to meet educational and information needs of health care providers.
