This session will bring together representatives from health information, sponsor, pharmaceutical manufacturing and academic organizations to show how to use medical statistics for better planning and faster clinical trials. We will cover national tools and best practices for using data.
Learning Objective : Describe how to evaluate information approaches for clinical trial feasibility and forecasting of site efficiency; Explain metrics to rank clinical trial sites on patient count; Identify how to recruit existing patients through metric-driven approaches, including use of insurance claims, disease prevalence projections and electronic medical records.
