Secure DIA 2023 Rates for DIA 2024 by participating in the Space Selection during DIA 2023 in Boston and remitting full payment by September 29, 2023.
- Standard: $5,500 per 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.)
- Premium Location: $6,000 per 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.)
- Corner Fee: $250 per corner

- Standard: $6,000 per 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.)
- Premium Location: $6,500 per 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.)
- Corner Fee: $250 per corner
What's Included
Included per each 100 square feet of booth space:
- One (1) complimentary full conference registration that includes access to all scientific sessions
- Three (3) complimentary exhibit booth personnel registrations that includes refreshments and lunch Monday through Wednesday. Access to scientific sessions is allowed if space permits.
Also included with each booth:
- Company Name included in the printed Exhibitor Listing & Floorplan
- Linear booths include 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side dividers
- A 7” x 44” identification sign for linear booths
- Booth number identification on an adhesive-backed label located on aisle carpet
- Opportunity for face-to-face engagement with current and prospective customers
- Discounted exhibitor housing rates at DIA official hotels and allocation of sleeping rooms through the DIA’s Housing Bureau, onPeak
- Ability to reserve meeting space at an official DIA hotel.
Timeline
- June 26 - 28: DIA 2024 Space Selection occurring during DIA 2023 in Boston
- Week of July 10: Floorplan opens to companies that did not participate in Space Selection in Boston. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Week of July 10: Smithbucklin begins to issue invoices for exhibit booth space
- Friday, September 29: Full Exhibit Booth Payment is due
If your company secured DIA 2023 Exhibit Booth Rates by participating in the Space Selection in Boston but has not remitted full payment, invoices will be adjusted to reflect the 2024 Exhibit Booth rates.
