Parag has worked in Global and Local roles covering Field-facing and in-house functions. One of his current responsibilities is to leverage digital channels for external engagement. The objective is to exponentially increase digital interactions by delivering engaging content via frequently used platforms. Some of the accomplishments include creation of a Medical website with video and infographic content, use of AI-powered chatbots and search engine optimization. These efforts have led to multi-fold increase in digital Medical interactions.
