One of the most time consuming and costly parts of developing new drugs is the conduct of clinical trials. The goals of clinical trials are to test the safety and efficacy of new drugs in human populations. Clinical trials have to follow strict guidelines approved by the regulatory agencies. It is also important to choose the right group of patients from around the world, recruit them in an efficient manner and complete the trials on time and help with preparing the documents necessary for review and approval.
