Medical Affairs professionals routinely make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, competing stakeholder perspectives, and significant time pressure. Through an interactive racing simulation and patient journey debrief, participants will explore how bias, risk perception, and data interpretation influence decision quality and apply practical frameworks for patient-centered decision-making under uncertainty.
