DIA/Harvard-MIT CRS Accelerating Cell and Gene Therapy Executive Roundtable

Participants will engage in a comprehensive exploration of their breakout topics. The breakout begins with a meticulous process mapping exercise, where participants identify key activities, stakeholders, inputs and outputs, decision points, and technology usage within their specific breakout areas. Following this, participants will shift their focus to identifying potential points of congestion or bottlenecks, assessing their impact, and determining their feasibility for change.

The workshop culminates in a dynamic application of the "5 Whys" technique, allowing participants to systematically uncover the root causes of a selected bottleneck, providing a deeper understanding of the issues hindering optimal processes. This breakout will empower participants to not only map their operational landscape but also to strategically address challenges for enhanced efficiency.
