As our healthcare system changes rapidly, regulators are seeking more real world evidence to design effective, patient-centric programs. Patient engagement is especially important when designing a regulatory system that adapts to changes in healthcare delivery while giving people faster access to the drugs and medical devices they need. This session will give an overview of perspectives, best practices, and lessons learned on how to keep the patient voice in the heart of program design.
