This discussion will describe how the Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) can be put into practice in lifesciences organizations including what is AHP and how it is applied to decision making, how to assess an organization’s decision maturity and how that affects getting teams to make aligned decisions and will include a case study to demonstrate how these concepts are applied in a real-world example.
