Mr. Hoyle entered clinical research in 2001. While working at a dedicated research site, he was involved in all aspects of investigator site management, including patient recruitment, budgets and contracts, and business development. He founded the Elite Research Network in 2004 and has been responsible for leading the company to its current size of twenty-three sites in the U.S., and one in Latin America. He earned his BS in Zoology from NC State University and his MBA from UNC – Wilmington.

Vicky has 25+ years of clinical research experience. She holds a Master of Public Health, is a nurse by training. Her work has been published in The Wall Street Journal, she has been recognized as one of the Top 20 Industry Innovators, through integrating patient communities into R&D decision making. She was one of the first industry leaders to establish a series of trial site & patient networks to provide advisory expertise to development staged clinical programs. In 2023 she established, and continues to Chair, the US based PALADIN Consortium bringing together advocacy and industry leaders to optimize collaborations to transform the pace of medicines development

Dr. Kulkarni is Principal Attorney for the Kulkarni Law Firm which focuses on providing legal and regulatory solutions to pharmaceutical companies and their providers. He is a pharmacist & lawyer and advises clients on bringing their product to market, focusing on post IND thru commercialization and genericization.
