DIA 2013 49th Annual Meeting: Advancing Therapeutic Innovation and Regulatory Science

Investigative sites typically manage a significant number of studies, collaborating with numerous organizations using diverse technologies. This paradigm makes it difficult to prioritize and manage tasks as they span trials. Sites and sponsors are looking for a unified view of operational data that does not require opening multiple applications. This theater presentation will share the results of a global survey of sites conducted by Centerwatch on the perception of clinical portals and review the requirements necessary to reduce the current complexity and improve communication among sites, sponsors and CROs.
