Submission GuideAbstracts may be submitted for the following session formats
Session
A session abstract is delivered lecture-style from the podium. The abstract author acts as session chair, responsible for:
- Recruiting speakers
- Coordinating presentations
- Facilitating audience Q&A
PowerPoint presentations are required.
Workshop
A workshop abstract focuses on interactive, hands-on learning and practical application. The abstract author serves as workshop chair and ensures the session includes activities or demonstrations that support onsite learning.
Workshops may include handouts or practical materials.
Forum
A forum abstract encourages panel discussion and audience engagement. The abstract author acts as forum chair, responsible for:
- Recruiting panel participants
- Ensuring diverse representation
- Facilitating an engaging discussion
PowerPoint presentations are not required.
