I started my carrer at Novartis at 2002. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, I have held various senior management positions, including Executive Officer at Real World Data Co., Ltd., Portfolio Management Director at Covance, and Senior Director, Clinical Operations at Integrated Development Associates. While my primary expertise lies in clinical development, I have oversighted not only Japan but also Asia, and have also been involved in organizational restructuring, new business development, new product launches, etc. Furthermore, for human resource and ability development, Lean Six Sigma consulting, outdoor event organization etc, I founded and run Real Discovery Outdoors Co., Ltd. in 2015.
