How Can I Access Presentations?

Full conference and one-day registrants can access speaker presentations (PDF version only) by visiting the Presentations Access page and entering their User ID and Password. If you do not have your User ID and Password, click “Forgot User ID” and enter the email address provided at registration.

Please note that this includes all speaker presentations provided to DIA to-date and will continually be updated as new presentations are received.
Do I Have Access to Recorded Sessions?

Your DIA Global Annual Meeting registration is for our entire conference live and in-person. There is no virtual access or access to recorded sessions. You do have access to all Presentation Slides for 6 months post-event.
When Will My Transcript Open?

Your DIA My Transcript will be available June 25, 2026.

I Lost My Badge — Can I Get a New One?

The Registration Desk on the 2nd floor Bridge can reprint your badge. Please note there is a $25 badge reprint fee.
Can I Transfer My Badge to a Colleague?

Your badge for DIA 2026 is not transferable once you have picked it up.

If you are an exhibitor, you may exchange your badge at the front desk for a new colleague. You will need to turn in your original badge prior to the exchange.
Where Can I Find the Nursing Mothers Room?

Mamava Pods are located throughout the Convention Center, notably in the Broad Street Lobby and the Registration Bridge near the spiral staircase.
Where Is Lost and Found?

If you have lost a personal item, please check the information desk located on the 2nd floor outside The Exchange. At the end of the meeting, all unclaimed items will be turned in to the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
How Do I Connect to the WiFi?

DIA will have free WiFi access — the network name and password will be available onsite.

- Double-check that the password is in the correct format
- It takes about 15–30 seconds to connect
- Double-check that you have selected the correct network name
Is There a Prayer Room?

Yes, a prayer room is available on Level 1, Room 101.
Where Is First Aid?

First Aid will be located in The Exchange (Exhibit Hall).

All Security Services staff are trained and certified by the Red Cross in basic first aid and CPR, and are trained to use AEDs. AEDs are located throughout the Convention Center, and one is issued to all contracted medical providers on duty.
When and Where Is Baggage Check?

Baggage check is available in the registration area, conveniently located outside Session Room 107. The fee is $4 per item.

What Is the LIFT Series / DIA × Whale Tank Pitch Competition?

LIFT Series programming occurs Tuesday – Wednesday of DIA 2026. The Whale Tank at DIA is a customer-first pitch program where founders hear real customers validate or challenge their value in real time. Built by founders, for founders, Whale Tank showcases compelling therapeutic, drug discovery, and clinical development innovations to a highly targeted audience of potential customers, strategic partners, regulators, and investors.

Unlike most pitch competitions, Whale Tank prioritizes market validation and cross-sector feedback — giving founders real input from real industry stakeholders, often leading to high-quality follow-up meetings with potential clients, strategic partners, and investors.

Where and When Are the Inspire Awards?

The Inspire Awards are held in conjunction with DIA Celebrate. No separate awards ticket is required as long as you are registered for DIA Celebrate.

Yes, DIA 2026 Global Annual Meeting will be in-person again this year. DIA 2026 Global Annual Meeting will take place at The Pennsylvania Convention Center, June 14-18, 2026.

What is the Attendee Cancellation Policy?

All cancellations must be made in writing and be received at the DIA Customer Service four weeks prior to the event start date.
Cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $200. Please review our full Cancellation Policy

Are There Short Courses Available Prior to the Conference?

Yes, short courses are available at additional cost and registration. Our half day short courses will be held virtually before the conference. Please check our Short Course Offerings, as Continuing Education is available for some offerings.

No, recordings of sessions will not be available. However, attendees will have access to the presentations via their DIA Account.

Yes. The Global Annual Meeting will have an app that will allow you to check the schedule, create a profile, and get the latest announcements.

Continuing Education
How to earn and claim CE credits.
Can I Collect Continuing Education Credits at DIA 2026 Global Annual Meeting?

Yes! Participants who would like to receive continuing education credit for DIA 2026 must scan their DIA name badge at each offering to record their attendance within 20 minutes of the start of the offering. Participants who do not scan their badges within the allotted time will not be eligible to request the available continuing education credits for that offering. If a participant attends multiple offerings within the same timeframe, only the last scanned entry will be recorded. Please be sure to complete your session evaluation at the end of each day.

The Convention Center is ADA friendly and equipped with accessibility in mind. A limited number of scooters are available free-of-charge for guest convenience at each facility. For more information about accessibility at the venue, please visit:

15 days’ advance notice is needed to ensure that special accommodations can be made with Aramark, the exclusive caterer at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Beyond 15 days accommodation may not be possible on the first day of the attendee’s arrival.
