This webinar will cover information regarding move-in and set-up at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, labor rules, and guidelines, and will review the Exhibitor Service Kit and online Exhibitor Resource Center. - March 31: Last day to book at the Westin Washington, DC City Center before rates increase
- April 17: Guest Names due for your company reservations
- April 24: Cut off for your company to receive 10 Exhibit Booth Assignment Points towards your DIA 2021 booth selection for booking your rooms through OnPeak
- April 30: Deadline to cancel or modify reservations without penalty

 The Washington Nationals, 2019 World Series Champions, will be in town for two evening games during DIA 2020, and Nationals Park is holding a dedicated seating area for DIA 2020 attendees for both games!

Are you planning a client event or internal staff meeting during DIA 2020? Meeting space at area hotels is going quickly, so we encourage you to secure your meeting/event space as soon as possible. Please note, your company must complete and return the Event and Meeting Space Application Form for any function you may be planning during DIA 2020—whether at a hotel, restaurant, museum, stadium, theater, or any other venue in the city.
DIA reserves all function space at hotels within our room block and must approve any event through the above form in order to release space. Meeting space at the convention center is not available.
DIA reserves the right to halt any unapproved events.
