Registration for Exhibit Personnel |
|
| |
Exhibit Personnel is now open and you can now begin to register your exhibit personnel for DIA 2020.
We strongly encourage registration through the Online Registration System as the system will let you know exactly how many full-meeting and booth personnel badges your company receives and allows you to go in and make replacements and other changes on your own. Only those listed as an exhibit contact will be able to use their user ID and password to access the online system. Please contact Megan Stevens with any issues or questions.
The deadline to appear in the Attendee List is 5:00PM ET on May 1.

onPeak is DIA's official housing provider. Should you find any other website that appears to be DIA Housing, or if you are contacted by any other agency that refers to the DIA 2020 Global Annual Meeting and claims to offer lower rates, we urge you to use extreme caution and contact CustomerService@DIAglobal.org with their information. These companies often create phony websites that look authentic, but are not authorized to represent DIA, nor do they have access to officially contracted DIA hotels or rates in Washington, DC. Unfortunately, customers who book through these websites often arrive at their destination only to find that their existing reservation was cancelled by the agency at the last minute, leaving them without a room and liable for a steep cancellation fee.
Please Note: DIA will not be able to assist you with any problems or reservations booked outside of onPeak. Please ensure that any "DIA Housing" website you find is branded with the onPeak logo, and that you review this list of housing providers that are NOT authorized by DIA.

Companies found in violation of this policy will be required to cease the unapproved activity and/or remove all unapproved advertising materials immediately.

With any exhibition there are always multiple companies and individuals to deal with—from housing and shipping, to mailing lists and publications—and it's often difficult to remember who to contact. To help you with this, we've created an Authorized Vendor List to identify the companies that DIA has contracted with for DIA 2020. Please note the list will be updated as additional companies are brought on to handle various aspects of the show.
Please email Americas.Exhibits@DIAglobal.org if you have doubts as to whether a company has been approved to represent or work for DIA or the DIA 2020 Global Annual Meeting. DIA will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using a non-official vendor.
