After becoming hooked on the power of computers for developing meaningful insights from data, Daniel joined pharmaceutical market research specialist Medicare Audits (later acquired by IMS Health), as part of a team developing new technologies for analysing and presenting market research data from hospital pharmacies. In 1998, foreseeing that the Internet was about to change people’s lives, he founded CREATION. In 2012, noting that many doctors were using public social media to collaborate and share ideas, Daniel conceived a new technology, CREATION Pinpoint, to distil the voice of healthcare professionals from their public online conversations and develop insights for healthcare market research.
