This session will discuss the desired MSL skillsets from the viewpoint of the MSL, MSL manager, and Executive Recruiter. Topics will include best practice tips for the interviewee, as well as advice for MSL managers when identifying and selecting top talent. The session will utilize a quick, interactive format including a mock interview.
