Many Regulations and Directives influence the delivery of Medical Information services but not all are black and white. During this session we will explore the approaches being taken by companies regarding off-label enquiry management and also update on the evolution and implementation of Data Privacy, notably the reform of EU data protection rules and the EU-US Privacy Shield. We will share diverse perceptions, consider ongoing challenges and build understanding.
