The roles and responsibilities of data management are changing following innovative changes in operations and technologies. It is important to promote clinical research in academia for the development of new treatment and/or prevention treatment methods to diseases. Additionally, introduction of new quality management system, such as Risk-based Approach to Monitoring, and electronic data interoperability using information technologies are keys to success of improving quality, speed, cost, and values of clinical research.
