After receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Kristin completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Medical Information with Rutgers University and Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical. Upon completion of her fellowship, Kristin joined the Johnson & Johnson family of companies as a member of the Medical Information Department at Centocor, Inc. For more than fifteen years, Kristin has held numerous positions within Medical Information and is currently Sr. Director, Medical Information & Knowledge Integration at Janssen Scientific Affairs, LLC.

Ellen is the co-owner of Scientific Content Solutions, LLC and the sole proprietor of EW Associates, LLC. She was previously a director of medical communications with an agency. Ellen has experience with medical information-related documents (e.g., standard letters, FAQs, dossiers, escalated inquiries), continuing education articles, primary author publications, promotional review, payer materials, and advisory board meeting reports. As a member of AMCP Format Executive Committee, Ellen contributed to AMCP Format 4.1. She serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy. Since 2000, Ellen has been a Medical Advisor for the MS Foundation.

Margaret May, MLS, AHIP, is a Literature Research Analyst in Medical Affairs at Genentech. Her primary responsibilities are providing information research, training, and serving on cross-functional and project teams. She has been in this role for 9 years. Prior to her current position, Margaret worked in a variety of pharmaceutical, medical, and scientific library settings for 10 years. Margaret earned her Master of Library Science from San Jose State University and her BA in Biology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Jennifer has 15 years of combined experience in managed care and pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Forest, she was a Sr. Manager of Managed Care Medical Communications at Genentech, Inc. Jennifer created and maintained formulary dossiers and clinical presentation slides for products in multiple therapeutic areas. Jennifer has also served as a Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator at PCN, a pharmacy benefit management company. Jennifer earned her PharmD from Butler University.
