This theater presentation will share key experience gathered during a five-year, cross-functional journey to design and implement an enterprise risk-based monitoring (RBM) process. The presentation shares real life data from the full process life cycle, with a focus on Quality by Design and RBM benefits, such as:

• Ability to provide qualitative assessment of site compliance;
• Increased efficiency and reduced study delivery costs;
