As the pharmaceutical industry strives to keep pace with the rapid evolution of the health care environment, the role of the MSL may need an overhaul. MSLs will need to add value across the continuum from early development though to late phase commercialization, and be armed with new skill sets to meet the emerging needs of existing and new customer segments. This session will focus on how the anticipated future trends will impact customer engagement models and identify potential new opportunities to reinvigorate your teams. At the completion of the session individuals will be able to evaluate external trends and identify opportunities to organize MSL teams and integrate as needed to ensure success.
