Renee Selman

Ms. Selman brings to DIA more than two decades of experience leading health care organizations, driving global growth, advancing talent, and delivering new product innovations to market. Currently with Agile Therapeutics, a women’s health specialty pharmaceutical company, Ms. Selman previously worked as a senior leader in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and health care marketing sectors serving from 2010-2015 as President of Catalina Health (subsequently Adheris Health, a business unit of inVentiv Health after Catalina Health was acquired in 2013). Adheris Health is one of the nation’s largest providers of targeted patient acquisition and adherence programs.

From 2005-2010, Ms. Selman acted as Worldwide President of Ethicon Women’s Health and Urology (EWHU), a medical device division of Johnson & Johnson. In this role, she led an organizational turnaround, improving profitability and growing emerging markets while leading a cross-functional global board that included research and development, medical affairs, operations, and other shared functions; Ms. Selman also spearheaded business development activities, including acquisitions and licensing agreements. Prior to EWHU, Renee served as VP Sales & Marketing for Johnson & Johnson Wound Management. In this capacity, she led a 200-person sales and marketing team, growing the business more than 20% each year while advancing 30% of the management team into positions of greater responsibility. While in Johnson & Johnson’s pharmaceutical division, Ms. Selman held multiple positions of increasing responsibility, including sales, marketing and new product development, spanning numerous therapeutic areas and specialties.

Ms. Selman serves on the Hunterdon County Medical Center Board of Trustees (community hospital) and Alumni Advisory Board at Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. Ms. Selman has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
