Timothy Hess

Mr. Hess serves as Global Director of IT, and is responsible for DIA’s global IT operations including our computer infrastructure, customer and membership management databases, and website. He is a proven, results-driven technology thought leader with an extensive record of delivering cost-effective, high-performance systems that address complex business problems in all development environments, with experience in mobile and cloud computing integration, eCommerce, database/data warehouse, web application development, financial systems management, and open source-based and Microsoft .NET-based systems.

Before joining DIA, Mr. Hess served as Director, Business Technology, for Thomas Publishing Company LLC, where he managed all internal business systems, production systems, and technology projects, including application enhancement and development, resulting in high-value web-based and print publishing solutions, eCommerce/eBusiness solutions, and editorial/workflow management solutions. Mr. Hess previously served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Content Data Solutions, Inc., and as Director, R&D, for Reed Technology & Information Services. He earned his BS in Computer Science from Arcadia University.
