Chart New Horizons Abroad the Historical USS Midway
Kick off the week with a networking celebration including delicious cuisine and a three-hour open bar on San Diego’s Aircraft Carrier Museum, the USS Midway. Secure your ticket by Friday, March 29 at 5:00PM ET to score DIA’s discounted $50 flat-rate fee. Pre-registration is required as seats are limited!

Exhibits Logistics Webinar 

Register here for the Exhibitor Logistics Webinar on Tuesday, March 26 at 1:00PM ET. The webinar will assist with preparations and cover information such as: Registration, Move-In and Set-Up, Labor Rules, the Exhibitor Service Kit and online Exhibitor Resource Center. Convention Center Representatives and Service Providers will be available during the webinar to answer any questions you may have regarding labor, utilities, catering, etc.
Have a conflict? No problem, the recording and slides will be posted in the Exhibitor Resource Center.

The DIA 2024 Service Kit is available on Freeman Online. Shop for products and services including shipping, booth cleaning, labor, carpet, and furnishings. Also, the Exhibitor Resource Center has important information to help you prepare. Be sure to review all Exhibitor Ordering Information from our Authorized Vendors.

Registration for Exhibit Personnel

Exhibit Personnel is now open - you can now begin to register your exhibit personnel for DIA 2024.

The Online Registration System will let you know exactly how many full-meeting and booth personnel badges your company receives and allows you to make changes at any time. Only those listed as a Primary or Secondary contact will be able to use their user ID and password to access the online system. Please contact Megan with any issues or questions.

Hotel Information
Exclusive DIA rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Book through onPeak by Friday, April 26 and receive 10 Exhibit Booth Assignment Points towards your DIA 2025 Booth Selection.

VIP Guest Invites Launching Soon!

Back by popular demand: VIP Guest Invites is a complimentary tool for inviting your contacts and marketing your presence at DIA 2024 without having to share your client list! Each exhibitor will receive a link to their own fully customized pre-show marketing dashboard. There you will find your exclusive customer invite promo codes along with a full set of fully customized materials to help make inviting your customers and prospects to come see you there as easy as possible. Included is an HTML email invite, web invite, banner graphics, and social media tools. All have been pre-customized for your company with your logo, booth number, promo code(s), and registration link. If you have not used this service in previous years, we urge you to check it out!

  • March 21 - Early Discount Deadline for Lead Retrieval
  • April 26 – Deadline to earn Hotel Booking Points and Sponsorship Points for DIA 2025 Booth Selection Order
  • April 26 – Guest Names for Hotel Bookings due to OnPeak
  • April 26 - Deadline to cancel or modify Hotel Reservations without penalty
  • May 9 – Advance Discount Deadline for Lead Retrieval
  • May 13 – Freeman begins to accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials at the Warehouse
  • May 15 - Deadline for Exhibitor Personnel Registration in order to be included on the Advanced Attendee List and Access to Mobile App upon launch
  • May 17- Detailed Floor Plans due from exhibitors occupying an island, split island, peninsula, modified peninsula exhibit booth space
  • May 20 – Discount Price Deadline for Freeman Services
  • May 20 – Advance Rate Deadline for AV Equipment
  • May 24 –  Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Information and Proof of Insurance Due
