Dr. Jonathan Levine is a Senior Scientist in FDA’s Office of Critical Path Programs, where he serves as the Agency-level focal point for data standards policy related to study data. Dr. Levine received his PhD in computational science and informatics from George Mason University.

Ram C. Tiwari received his MS and PhD degrees from Florida State University in Mathematical Statistics; he is a Fellow of the American Statistical Association, and a past President of the International Indian Statistical Association. He has published 200+ research papers on a wide range of statistical topics.

She has published papers on missing data, Bayesian statistical modeling, survival cure modeling, spatial cluster detections, modeling cancer trends and evaluating drug safety. Her current research interests include biomarker qualifications, cancer surveillance, and drug safety surveillance.
