Registration for Exhibit Personnel Open |

The Online Registration System for DIA 2019 is now available. The online system lets you know exactly how many full-meeting and booth personnel badges your company receives, and will allow you to make unlimited changes on your own. Only those listed as an exhibit contact will be able to use the online system, and their user ID and password are required. Please contact Jeff or Jessica with any issues or questions.
The deadline to appear in the Advance Registration Attendee List is 5:00PM ET on Friday, May 10.

Hotel Reservations |

DIA has partnered with onPeak, the official hotel provider, to offer you an easy booking experience and the lowest rates at the best hotels in San Diego. Book through onPeak by May 3 and receive 10 Exhibit Booth Assignment Points towards your DIA 2020 booth selection.
Exclusive DIA rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and several hotels are offering early bird rates that expire March 29.

Please be aware that we have received notification from several exhibitors that they were contacted by unauthorized housing companies regarding hotel reservations for San Diego. We urge you to use caution with providing your credit card information to any provider other than onPeak, and note that DIA will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using a non-official vendor.

To help you with this, we've created an Authorized Vendor List to identify the companies DIA has contracted with for DIA 2019. Please note the list will be updated as additional companies are brought on to handle various aspects of the show.
