  Freeman Online Exhibitor Services Manual Now Live
 

Freeman Online is now live for DIA 2016. Don’t delay to take advantage of their early bird and online ordering discounts. Early bird discounting ends on Thursday, June 2. A PDF of the services manual as well as other order forms you may need may also be found on the Exhibitor Resource Center – DIAglobal.org/DIA2015ERC.

We strongly encourage registration through the Online Registration System as the system will let you know exactly how many full meeting and booth personnel badges your company receives – and allows you to go in and make replacements and other changes on your own. Only those listed as an exhibit contact will be able to use their user ID and password to access the online system. Please contact Jeff Korn or Jessica Culp with any issues or questions.

 
  Urgent Exhibitor Housing Update
 

Please note that the deadline for submitting guest name for your room block was March 31. If you have not already done so, make sure to get your room block assignments into onPeak as soon as possible.


Based on exhibitor feedback the past few years, DIA has significantly relaxed our room deposit and cancellation policies with the hope that this would offer you additional flexibility, with the expectation that you would also be conservative in the number of rooms you are holding. If you are currently holding rooms that you know you will not be using, please release them as soon as possible so that we can continue with this lenient policy in the years to come. Should we see a considerable drop in room reservations closer to the meeting, we will need to revert back to a policy which requires room deposit and cancellation fees.


We have also noticed an uptick in solicitation from companies other than onPeak, the official housing provider for DIA 2016. We urge you not to book your reservation through these companies, or provide them credit card information. DIA will not be able to assist you with any problems you may encounter if you do book with a company other than onPeak.
