DIA will be hosting an Exhibit Logistics Webinar to help facilitate a smooth and efficient move-in to the Pennsylvania Convention Center, and to provide an overview of what to expect regarding your participation at the show. The webinar has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 30 at 11:00AM ET.

Unable to attend? Both a PDF of the slides and the recording will be posted to the Exhibitor Resource Center by April 8 for future reference.

  Exhibitor Events and Meetings

Are you planning a client event during the Annual Meeting? Rooms at area hotels are sure to book fast, so make sure to complete your preparations early. DIA reserves all function space at the Convention Center and room block hotels – to request space, please complete the Event and Meeting Space Application Form (space at the Convention Center is not available).

Please make sure to complete and return the Event and Meeting Space Application Form for any function you may be planning during DIA 2016 – whether at a neighboring hotel, restaurant, museum, stadium, theater, or any other venue in the city.

  Advertising Opportunities

Raise your profile at DIA 2016 by advertising in the Annual Meeting Program and the DIA Show Daily! Attendees use the Program for onsite reference throughout the meeting and eagerly anticipate breaking news every morning from the DIA Show Daily.   Solicitation from Unauthorized Vendors

We have been notified recently of a handful of unauthorized companies soliciting our exhibitors. If at any time you have doubts as to whether a company has been approved to represent or work for DIA or the DIA 2016 Annual Meeting, please reach out to and we will let you know if they are authorized by DIA or not. We also have posted on the DIA 2016 website a list of Authorized Vendors for your reference. We will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using an unauthorized vendor.
