Exhibitor Contact Information
In an effort to send information for the correct people (we know you do a lot, but sometimes you need to delegate), please complete the web form online and let us know who we should be contacting with what information. The primary and secondary contacts will receive all information we send out and the marketing and housing contacts will only receive information relating to their designated area. If no one is designated as marketing and/or housing contact, all information will go to the primary contact.

Digital Banners
Let your customers know where you will be in June. Promote your attendance at the DIA 2013 49th Annual Meeting on your website, monthly newsletters, events pages, and/or email signatures with digital banners linking directly to diahome.org/DIA2013. View the Exhibitor Marketing Kit to download the banners and additional details.

Hotel Reservation
If you have not already completed your company’s Exhibitor Housing Request Form, we recommend doing this immediately. Housing availability is first come, first serve. The housing process is being coordinated by Travel Planners, the official Housing Bureau. There will be DIA Courtesy Shuttles running from the hotels to the BCEC (other than those within walking distance); however, shuttles will only be accessible to individuals staying at designated DIA hotels.

The DIA reservations specialists at Travel Planners are available to assist you, Monday through Friday from 9:00AM – 7:00PM ET at +1.800.221¬.3531 or +1.212.532.1660.

Additional Marketing & Support Opportunities
Increase your exposure at the DIA 2013 49th Annual Meeting! We are happy to offer an extensive list of old and new marketing, advertising, and support opportunities. The Marketing & Industry Support Opportunities Brochure is now available, and our team at J. Spargo & Associates is happy to work with you to secure the right products to help you exceed your goals in Boston. Hurry, opportunities are selling quickly!

Authorized Vendor List
With any exhibition there are always multiple companies and individuals to deal with – from logistics to housing to marketing and furniture orders – and it’s often difficult to remember who to contact. To help you with this, we’ve created an Authorized Vendor List just for your reference. This list provides the companies that DIA has contracted with for the DIA 2013 49th Annual Meeting. Please note as additional parties are brought on to handle various aspects of the show, the list will be updated.

If at any time you have doubts as to whether a company has been approved to represent or work for the DIA 2013 49th Annual Meeting, please email exhibits@diahome.org. DIA will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using a non-authorized vendor.

Exhibit Logistics Webinar | Wednesday, February 13 | 11:00-11:30AM ET
For the second year, DIA will be offering a free webinar to assist with preparations and answer questions regarding participating as an exhibitor at DIA 2013 49th Annual Meeting, and specifically what to expect at the BCEC. This webinar will cover information such as: move-in and set-up at the BCEC (what is, and is not, permitted), labor rules and guidelines, review of the Exhibitor Service Manual and online Exhibitor Resource Center, as well as general updates and reminder pertaining to exhibits. If you have any questions or suggested topics to be included in the webinar, please email your questions to Shannon.Lewis@diahome.org.
