This session is a continuation from the previous session discussing the latest information on new updates, priorities, plans, and projects from various regulatory health authorities in Latin America. This unique session will allow for open discussion between the audience and an esteemed panel of regulators in the clinical, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory functional areas. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask regulators questions directly to clarify points and perspectives. This panel-style session will represent a guided conversation with key representatives from these NRArr, as an opportunity to further understand their trajectory, lessons learned, current challenges, upcoming plans, and expectations for regional and international cooperation.
Please note: due to the high volume of questions, not all will be answered live at the meeting.
Learning Objective : At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:- Recognize the responsibilities of regulators in improving access to safe, efficacious, and quality medical products, and their role in the region
- Distinguish main actions and best practices implemented by the NRArr from Latin America in the past year and lessons learned
- Identify current and future regulatory projects and priorities from regulators, including regional and international initiatives
